About

One holding. Two disciplines. A single vision for European technology infrastructure.

An institutional holding company for the physical foundations of the intelligence economy.

Statement Hamburg — Europe

KaiLase Holding GmbH is an institutional European technology holding company.

We focus on the two physical foundations of the intelligence economy: the compute infrastructure that trains and serves frontier models, and the energy storage that keeps European grids stable as they electrify.

Each division operates with deep technical autonomy, led by engineers and operators with long records in their fields. The holding exists to provide patient capital, institutional governance, and a shared standard of engineering discipline — so both disciplines are built to the same uncompromising standard.

Based in Hamburg, the company's work spans the continent: datacenter campuses at strategic power nodes, and sodium-ion manufacturing and deployment partnerships across European markets.

Principles

How we operate.

Institutional Discipline

Capital, governance, and execution standards of an institutional owner. We measure what we build, and we report what we measure.

Engineered Precision

Every system is engineered from first principles, documented, and validated. Precision is not a feature; it is the baseline.

European Sovereignty

European ownership, European standards, European supply chains. Our infrastructure strengthens the continent's technological independence.

Long-Horizon Capital

We build for decades, not quarters. Assets are designed for long service lives, and partnerships are structured for the long term.
